The issues related to iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus may not be as big as Galaxy Note 7. However, the fact is that we cannot neglect this section. Many users have complained that iPhone8 and iPhone 8 Plus batteries have some defects as the devices swelled up after the normal usage of a few hours. The batteries of a few iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus models are swelling up. It is raising the safety concerns. Therefore Apple has decided to make the official statement. They said that they are looking into the matter. The company further stated that they do not know the actual reason at this point. They will thoroughly look into the matter before making any official statement related to the batteries. The numbers are not high but it is tough to neglect it. A user said that he plugged the device but after a few hours the screen of iPhone 8 Plus popped out. Many other users across the world have faced the same concern.

There are chances that a few devices may have some manufacturing defects. The devices are made in bulk. Therefore some models may have this defect. It is the matter of safety. Therefore Apple didn’t take much time to release the statement. They are soon going to take the related steps to solve this concern. The company has the reputation of bringing top quality gadgets every time. Therefore they do not want to take any chances. You may already know that iPhone X has still not arrived till date. The first case arrived from Taiwan. A woman said that she plugged her iPhone 8 but the device got swollen after a few hours. Many other users from Japan, China and Hong Kong also faced the same problem. Amperex Technology Limited (ATL) are the official suppliers of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus batteries. It is important to mention here that some unofficial sources are indicating that ATL was one of the two suppliers of Galaxy Note 7. So Apple will surely try to solve the matter as soon as possible.
