LG G4 receives Android Marshmallow firmware update

The Android Marshmallow update is up ahead! Google started rolling out the latest firmware update to supported devices. Some rumor suggests, they are going to complete 85% of Android devices with Marshmallow firmware by the end of 2015. Earlier, LG unveiled latest firmware update to LG G3 and LG G2 Smartphones in Poland. As most of the bugs were fixed in former update (Android 5.1.1), the company hasn’t found any major problem in the latest firmware. Some website also reports, the update also patch-up Stagefright v2.0 bug fixes that exploited over millions of Android device.

The South Korean LG G4 latest firmware update covers LG-F500K, LG-F500S and LG-F500L models. The best thing we found in most of the Marshmallow smartphone is Doze mode. This feature allows to save your 30% battery. Apart from some good hardware performance, it also adds a special permission to MicroSD supports. Moreover, LG renamed two of its official application in the latest firmware. The Q+ application renamed to Memo Capture, whereas Bridge now turns into AirDrive.
