Yes, he posted about it on his timeline to let the world know about the awesome maternity and paternity policy of their company. The time off from work is given to all employees when they welcome a newborn in their family. Being first time parents Zuck has really got to plan and make sure the arrival is as amazing as they want it to be.

Mark posted on his timeline informing the world,’’

Priscilla and I are starting to get ready for our daughter’s arrival. We’ve been picking out our favorite childhood books and toys.
We’ve also been thinking about how we’re going to take time off during the first months of her life. This is a very personal decision, and I’ve decided to take 2 months of paternity leave when our daughter arrives.
Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families. At Facebook we offer our US employees up to 4 months of paid maternity or paternity leave which they can take throughout the year.
Every day things are getting a little more real for us, and we’re excited to start this next stage in our lives.”

He even shared a photo of his dog with his daughter’s baby seat:

Billionaire Dad – Zuck is buying toys and baby seat for his daughter already and dedicating all his time for her as she comes to this world. The parenting mode is on for Zuck as it is, because he has started preparations and wants her daughter to have all the goodies in the world.

We all know how bringing up a baby is a challenging task and parents have to forget about their schedule and follow the no-schedule baby routine. The sleep challenges, breastfeeding challenges and demands of the little one are what makes parenthood so special. This bond of love is shared only between parents and their little one.

The Harvard drop-out was busy promoting Internet.org during 2015 and the couple announced the pregnancy in July 2015. He also mentioned in his talk at IIT Delhi, that the Oculus technology at Facebook will help them record their daughter’s first step, take live videos of special everyday moments with her and share them on Facebook with the world. He is taking virtual reality passionately so that the world can share such moments and he can share his daughter’s moments with his parents live via video.

On the personal decision to take leave and picking toys for her daughter, Zuck is going to play his role of a father properly. Running a billion dollar business and being there for your family are key ingredients of a balanced life and the youngest billionaire understands that quite well. Sheryl, the COO of Facebook also commented on Zuck’s timeline, saying,’’ Mark and Priscilla, I’m so excited for both of you. Enjoy the precious early months with your daughter — I can’t wait to meet her.’’
