The researchers added that high level of flavonoids is present in blueberries, cherries and red wine belongs to anthocyanins and flavanones as well as flavones are present in Citrus family fruits.
The research involves around 25,000 men, and participated in the survey by answering tons of questions related to sexual habits as well as their food habits. By considering various factors such as age, body weight and other consumptions, such as tobacco and caffeine, the researchers did their best in publishing their study. It is proved that men who have erectile dysfunction can reduce their risk of getting cardiovascular disease and cardiac arrest by performing a combination of regular exercise and perfect diet.
