The official launch of OnePlus 3 has been the talk of the internet town now. We all had a speculation that it wouldn’t be releasing till July, but BAM!!!! Here it is. Design: The device is made of aluminium-alloy which is ultra slim, just 7.3mm for light weight feels in your hand. With the fingerprint sensor it looks much similar to its predecessor. The screen is sculpted in Gorilla Glass 4 and there’s a bottom firing speaker alongside the USB Type-C port on the base of the handset.
Since the device carved with an anodized aluminium unibody and it looks slightly sleeker than the previous OnePlus models with its rounded design, and comes in two colors: Graphite and Soft Gold.
Camera: The devices come with 16 mega-pixel of the camera, and allow the users to shoot 4K video without any heating issue. Also, the device is embedded with 8 MP front facing camera. Thanks to new OIS sensor, which helps the users to take a sharper image without blur.
We have seen more camera samples of OnePlus 3, which was taken on pre-production models. This camera has electronic and optical stabilization technologies, helping to take clearer, crisper photographs. This camera has been fitted to deliver the benefit of a DSLR with much lesser weight. .
Software: OnePlus 3’s OxygenOS comes with a set of dual-interface app drawer and also a homescreen. The OxygenOS is a purely optimized operating system by the combination of stock Android operating system and CyanogenMod. We are still not sure if the OnePlus 3 will receive the update for Android N for which we will have to wait a little bit for the next version of Google OS.
Display and Battery: This phone features 3,300 mAh with reasonable and compatible components like Full HD display and the Snapdragon 820. The OnePlus 3 also comes with a ‘Dash Charge’ feature that vouches a 63% battery life within just 30 minutes of charging. ‘Dash Charge’ isn’t built with Qualcomm’s popular Quick Charge technology, but instead uses a proprietary system based on Oppo’s VOOC technology. This proprietary system means that you’ll only be able to take advantage of Dash Charge, when you’re using the official OnePlus Dash Charge cable and adapter.
Hardware: With the robust 6GB of RAM it also gives the powerful processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip – the same processor that can be found in many top-end handsets. This ensures us the speedy performance without any lags.
